Online training course for adult educators

As part of the project, we have developed online training course for adult educators who want to use artificial intelligence in a thoughtful, practical, and responsible way.

The programme is designed to support your everyday work in adult education – from planning the learning process and preparing materials to engaging participants and organising your work more efficiently. The training course is intended especially for adult educators who have less access to structured professional development in the field of AI.

AI as support in adult education

This part of training is intended for adult educators who want to better understand how AI can support the preparation and delivery of the learning process.

What does the training include?

  • how to plan lessons and learning activities using AI,

  • how to prepare learning content and materials,

  • how to engage participants more effectively in the learning process,

  • what possibilities exist for personalised learning,

  • practical examples of using AI in the work of an educator.

What will you gain from participating?

  • a better overview of the possibilities of using AI in adult education,

  • useful ideas for preparing content and activities,

  • greater confidence in integrating AI into pedagogical work.

This part of training is designed to support understanding of the responsible use of artificial intelligence in adult education.

AI can make work easier, but it also raises important questions about bias, fairness, privacy, and its impact on different groups of learners. This course places particular emphasis on the ethical and inclusive use of AI in educational practice.

What does the training include?

  • how to ensure the ethical use of artificial intelligence in education,

  • how to recognise and reduce algorithmic bias and discrimination,

  • how to ensure data protection and responsible data handling,

  • how to use artificial intelligence in an inclusive way when working with different groups of adult learners,

  • how to take into account UNESCO guidelines and the rules of the European AI Act when using artificial intelligence.

What will you gain from participating?

  • a better understanding of the risks and limitations of AI,

  • more informed choices of tools and methods of use,

  • greater confidence in the ethical and inclusive use of AI in practice.

The third part of training focuses on the concrete use of AI in the everyday work of adult educators.

Particular emphasis is placed on prompt-writing skills for AI tools, as well as on opportunities to make work processes more efficient.

What does the training include?

  • how to write effective prompts,

  • how to simplify and automate work processes,

  • how to prepare learning materials and supporting resources for participants more quickly,

  • how to organise your work with the help of AI tools,

  • how to integrate AI into your everyday work.

What will you gain from participating?

  • a more efficient way of working,

  • faster preparation of content and materials,

  • a more practical and confident approach to using AI.

The training will be held in October. Register for the training, which will be held online, via the link:
